Looks like my grandfathers car. He had a medallion on the wind wing that said Official US Government…taxpayer…He lived in Portland but bought the car in Burlingame Ca while on vacation in 1962. I think it had 20,000 miles and he paid $2200. He kept it until 1966 when bought a new Lincoln.
Gus, that sounds plausible. I took these photos at the LeMay Collections at Marymount. That’s located in the Tacoma, Washington area. I don’t know whether the Lincoln was part of their collection.
