Realizing this post is satirical, I shall answer your question: If you read any “Hemmings Classic Car”, one sees that more automobile enthusiasts (especially those who are into drag racing) are wanting to acquire “strippo” Fords, Chevys, Pontiacs, Dodges and Plymouths for their hot rod restorations or customs. Here’s a question: Was a base 1968 Road Runner the equivalent of a 1962 Biscayne with a 409 ? Both cars are highly desirable !
Some strippo could be collectible thanks for being an oddity, like these 1970 and 1971 Canada-only BelAir 2-door hardtops. 😉
